BOOM LIFTS & SCISSOR LIFTS

Boom lift and scissor lift financing

Renting an aerial lift by the month makes sense for a week and stops making sense by the second job. We finance boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers and vertical mast lifts — new, used or bought off a rental fleet — so the machine that has been on your site for six months starts belonging to you.

What we finance

New or used, from any vendor, dealer or auction. Named manufacturers are examples of what this covers, not a limit — if what you need is not on this list, ask.

  • Telescopic boom lifts — JLG 860SJ, Genie S-85 XC, Snorkel A80JRT
  • Articulating boom lifts — JLG 450AJ, Genie Z-60 FE hybrid
  • Electric slab scissor lifts — Genie GS-1930 and GS-3246, JLG 1930ES, Skyjack SJ3219
  • Rough terrain scissor lifts — Skyjack SJ6832 RT, Genie GS-2669 RT
  • Telehandlers — JLG 1055, Genie GTH-1056, Cat TL1255
  • Vertical mast and personnel lifts — Genie AWP and GR, JLG 20MVL
  • Towable boom lifts — Genie TZ-50, Nifty TM50
  • Tracked spider and atrium lifts — Hinowa, Teupen, CMC
  • Lithium and hybrid machines that work indoors and out
  • Used, off-fleet and ex-rental lifts from auctions or dealers

Why lease it

01

Rent money that turns into a machine

Six months of rental on a boom lift is a serious number that leaves you with nothing. The same money on a lease leaves you with the machine and no rental invoice next spring.

02

Bid work that needs the lift on site

Some jobs are only worth taking if the lift stays for the duration. Owning one turns those from a rental cost line into work you can price competitively.

03

Buy off the rental fleet you already know

Ex-rental machines are well documented and well maintained, and they finance the same way new ones do — including the unit already sitting on your job.

Aerial lift financing questions

Can I finance a boom lift instead of renting it?

Yes, and that is the most common reason people finance one. If a lift has been on rental for several months the lease payment is usually the smaller number, and at the end of the term the machine belongs to the company rather than the rental yard.

Do you finance used and ex-rental scissor lifts?

Yes. Off-fleet machines from rental companies and auction lots are financed routinely, and they often come with full service records. Hours and age set the term rather than ruling the machine out.

Can telehandlers go on an aerial lift lease?

Yes. Telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts and vertical mast lifts can be combined on one lease, from one dealer or several, so a mixed order of machines becomes one payment.

Is there financing for a single scissor lift?

Yes. Single-machine transactions are normal in this category, including one small electric slab scissor for a contractor who only needs one, with a minimum transaction size of ten thousand dollars.
