Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account(s) may be reflected in your credit report and/or consumer report.

When you submit an application, quick quote or information online with ACG, you are opting in to receive phone calls, emails and text messages from ACG. These communications may be automated and consenting to these communications is not required as a condition to receive financing from ACG. From time to time, we will contact you about our services, promotions, as well as other content that may be of interest to you. You can opt of these communications at any time. You can opt out of receiving these communications via email, text, telephone and/or direct mail. You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of an email, by replying “STOP” on a text, or you can opt out of any communication by speaking with an ACG representative or emailing your request to communications@acgcapital.com. You will still be contacted in regards to servicing your account or responding to any inquiry.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
