Commercial refrigeration financing questions
Can I finance a walk-in cooler or freezer?
Yes. Walk-in coolers and freezers from Kolpak, Bally, Nor-Lake and Master-Bilt are financed new or used, and the panels, doors, remote condensing unit, electrical work and the refrigeration contractor's installation can be written into the same lease.
Do you finance commercial refrigeration for a new restaurant?
Yes. Restaurants, markets and food businesses opening their first location are financed on the owner's industry experience, personal credit, the signed building lease and a down payment, so a startup kitchen can be equipped before it opens.
Can I finance an ice machine by itself?
Yes. Ice machines and bins from Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman and Ice-O-Matic are financed on their own, with the water filtration and installation included, which is how most bars and restaurants replace one without touching working capital.
Can I finance a refrigerant changeover to R-454B or R-290?
Yes. Replacing or retrofitting systems for low-GWP refrigerants is an equipment purchase and is financed as one, covering the new cases or condensing units, the controls and the contractor's labor on a single lease.
