Do you finance a store remodel or new store build-out?
Yes. Cases, gondolas, produce misting, LED case lighting, bakery and deli equipment, backup generators and the build-out go on one schedule rather than a dozen separate vendor contracts.
Can an independent grocer finance an energy retrofit?
Yes. LED case lighting, door retrofits, controls and refrigeration upgrades are financed on their own. Independents commonly finance retrofits because the utility savings offset the payment.
