A dishmachine failure closes the kitchen. Approval in a day and vendor payment on delivery gets the replacement installed while the old one is still on the truck, and the payment is spread over the years the new machine will run.

A conveyor machine needs a booster, a hood, tables and racks to run. One lease covers the machine and the installation together, so the dish room opens complete and there is one payment for the room rather than an invoice from every trade.

Deduct it in the year it is installed
Commercial dishwashers and dish room equipment are Section 179 property. Buy on a $1 buyout lease or an equipment finance agreement and the whole installation can be expensed in the year it goes into service, subject to your own tax position and your CPA's advice.

Can I finance a commercial dishwasher for a restaurant?
Yes. How much does it cost to lease a conveyor dishwasher?
The payment depends on the machine, the installation, the term and the end of term option you choose. A door-type machine on a three year lease is a very different agreement from a rack conveyor with a ventless hood and dish tables on five years, so send the dealer's quote through the form on this page and we return real numbers, usually the same business day.
How fast can I replace a dishwasher that has failed?
Usually within a day or two of your application. A replacement door-type or undercounter machine is approved on the application alone in most cases, and we pay the dealer on delivery so the installer can be scheduled immediately. Tell us on the form that the kitchen is down and we move it to the front of the queue.
Can a new restaurant finance its dish room before it opens?
Yes. A restaurant under construction can finance the dishmachine, the hood, the tables and the rest of the dish room against the owner's credit and the business plan, and the lease can share an agreement with the cooking line and refrigeration. We fund new restaurants every month.
