COPIERS & OFFICE PRINT
Copier leasing
Most copier leases are written by the dealer selling the copier, which is why the payment and the click charge arrive stapled together. Financing the machine separately keeps the equipment lease and the service agreement as two things you can compare — any brand, any dealer, one machine or the whole floor.
What we finance
New or used, from any vendor, dealer or auction. Named manufacturers are examples of what this covers, not a limit — if what you need is not on this list, ask.
- Color and mono office MFPs — Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX, Ricoh IM C
- Xerox AltaLink and VersaLink multifunction printers
- Konica Minolta bizhub, Sharp BP and Kyocera TASKalfa
- Light production color — Canon imagePRESS, Xerox PrimeLink
- Wide format and plan copiers — KIP, Canon TX, HP DesignJet
- Finishers, booklet makers, staplers and high-capacity feeders
- Production scanners and document capture systems
- Print management, secure release and cost recovery software
- Folder-inserters, mailroom equipment and shredders
- Fleet rollouts, refresh cycles and refurbished machines
Why lease it
01
Two agreements, not one number
The machine and the service are different purchases with different lives. Financing the equipment on its own paper is what lets you put the service contract out to somebody else later.
02
Any brand, any dealer
Financing here is not tied to a manufacturer, so the copier can come from whichever dealer gave the better number, and a mixed fleet can sit on one lease.
03
Refresh on a schedule you set
A copier is a five-year machine in a three-year office. Matching the term to the refresh keeps the buyout, the upgrade and the walk-away as your options rather than the dealer's.

Copier leasing questions
Can I lease a copier from any dealer?
Yes. Financing here is independent of the manufacturer and the dealer, so you choose the machine and the vendor and we pay them directly.
Do you write commercial copier leasing for a whole fleet?
Yes. A mixed fleet of color MFPs, production units and wide format machines can sit on one lease with one payment, rolled out in stages as they are installed.
Is a color copier lease different from a black and white one?
Only in the equipment cost. The structure is the same, and the finishers, feeders and print management software can be included either way.
What happens at the end of a copier lease?
That depends on the structure you choose at the start. A lease can be written to end in ownership, in a buyout, or in a return, and which one you want is a question we ask before documents.
