Server leasing questions
Can I lease servers for my business?
Yes. Rack servers from Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant and Lenovo, GPU and AI inference servers and hyperconverged clusters from Nutanix and VxRail are leased new or refurbished.
Can storage, switching and licensing go on the same lease?
Yes. NAS and SAN arrays, backup appliances, immutable storage, switching, routing, firewalls, racks, PDUs, UPS and the virtualization and OS licensing are financed on one schedule.
Why lease a server instead of buying it?
Because a server has a service life. Leasing matches the payment to the years it is actually in production and turns the refresh into a planned swap rather than an unbudgeted purchase.
Can migration and installation labor be financed?
Yes. Migration, installation, cabling and extended support and maintenance contracts are financed with the hardware, so the project is funded end to end rather than only the boxes in the rack.
Can a small business lease a server?
Yes. Tower servers, small rack servers and NAS units are leased new or refurbished, from any vendor, with licensing, backup and the migration labor on the same schedule.
Does server leasing include Windows Server licensing?
Yes. Operating system licensing, client access licenses, virtualization and backup software can be financed with the hardware so the whole environment lands on one payment.
Can I finance a refurbished server?
Yes. Refurbished and dealer-demo servers are financed the same way as new, which is how many small offices get enterprise hardware at a price the business can carry.
